Return Visit:15 minutes -- $45.00
30 minutes -- $85.00
45 minutes -- $125.00

FEES FOR TEACHING: Holistic Medicine Series & Urban Shaman Series
Special intro pricing in effect.
Each series is $15.00 per 2 hour session or $75.00 for a series of 7 (a $30.00 savings).

Barter is NOT an option in my medical practice.
My independent contractor relationship with Millennium Healthcare makes barter difficult.
Dr Clofine does accept "Out-of-network" insurance benefits at Millennium Healthcare provided
the deductible has been met and the policy is applicable.
Please reqest an insurance pre-certification when you call for an appointment.
The patient is always ultimately responsible for all fees at the time of service.
Visit prices vary according to many factors including time spent together, services provided, procedures
performed, diagnosis, complexity of medical decision making and insurance benefits (to name a few).
