I am a Medicine Man.
While no longer practicing medicine as a physician, I continue to "make medicine".
I have a wide range of experience teaching.
As an example I have listed lecture dates from some years of my private practice, Lotus Obstetrics & Gynecology.

I love to teach and speak to crowds about my work. I am very passionate about it. The larger the audience the better. My skills as a teacher first became clear to me when I took a one year pre-doctoral fellowship In Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, between my 3rd and 4th years of medical school. The fellowship involved seeing patients under the aegis of the department physicians. Also I was involved in teaching the first and second year medical student classes (each class was 180 students). To my surprise I found lecturing to the medical students fairly easy and I received good feedback about my teaching.
When I started my private solo practice in 1995 I began to lecture to community groups as a way to build my practice. I found I really liked teaching. I taught more and more and eventually lectured to local physician groups on a regular basis.
I currently work for Millennium Healthcare a holistic group practice with a commitment to community education. Through them I have cohosted a radio show for 6 years, Temple of Health bringing conversation with national authors in the fields of holistic medicine, spirituality and metaphysics. We also provide two ongoing monthly lecture series, the Holistic Healthcare Forum and our Noetic Science meetings.
